How do I view my customer's session history?

This article explains how to view a
customer's session history during a session. If you wish
to see session reports, visit
the administrator
control panel .
From
the File menu, choose "Customer profile and notes"
The
session profile, along with session notes will be displayed.
Click
the "History" button and choose the session you wish to view
from the session list.
