How do I get a Specialist account?

 If you have not done so already, download and run the Instant Housecall Specialist Sign-in

 Click "Get a new account"

 Complete the sign-up form

 Only Specialists (technicians) need an account. Your customers do not need an account to get service from you.

If you already have an account and wish to add another Specialist to your team:

Visit the Administrator Control Panel

Scroll down to "Manage Specialists"

Type the e-mail address and name of the Specialist you wish to add

Specialists added to your account will be billed at the rate set out in your price plan.
