Yes.  You can provide remote support to Windows Vista PCs with UAC enabled

You will see UAC prompts on the remote PC during remote support sessions.  Specialists can click the prompt to elevate

The Specialist's window title bar indicates whether or not the remote user is running as an administrator and whether or not UAC is available.
