Is Instant Housecall Vista compatible?
Yes. Instant Housecall is 100% Vista compatible. You can click UAC "Accept or Deny" prompts remotely with no user intervention required.
How do I view my session history?
On the main page, click the History tab, then View History.
How do I view my customer's session history?
During a session, from the file menu, click Customer Profile and Notes, then View History.
How do I reboot in safe mode?
From the connection menu, choose Reboot after reconnect. Click Yes to change Reboot Settings, then click "Safe Mode Reboot".
Sending Ctrl-Alt-Del from remote doesn't work on some of my customers' PCs. Why?
Ctrl-Alt-Del is not available on Windows 95/98. Some computers may be configured to ignore Ctrl-Alt-Del from remote.
